Kidney Walk Volunteer

The Kidney Foundation of Canada is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated community members to be involved with the planning, promotion, marketing, and running of its 2013 Kidney Walk in 100 Mile House and in Williams Lake! Take part in an important event to inform people about kidney disease and the need for organ donors in British Columbia.

2. Promotions (attend festivals throughout the summer, organize fundraisers and other special events to advertise the Walk and raise donations, help put up posters)
3. Logistics (assist on the morning of the Walk – August 18th for 100 Mile House and August 25th in Williams Lake – to assist with setup, staffing, cleanup, and accounting for the event)
