Receptionist / Bookkeeper (full-time, permanent)

We are seeking a detail-oriented receptionist/bookkeeper to join our general practice law firm in 100 Mile House. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and focused individual, who will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Managing correspondence
• Scheduling
• Accounting (Quickbooks)
• Drop-off / pick-up documents and mail from other firms, and bank deposits
• Preparation of legal documents and other clerical tasks
• Order office supplies and other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing and word processing skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Customer service skills
• No experience required as training will be provided, however familiarity with accounting software is an asset
• Valid class 5 driver’s license

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 9:00am-4:30pm

Wage:
$20 per hour
