Days & Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week
Salary Range: $2000-$3000 month
Job Description:
The facility manager must have superior office management skills, using multiple computer-based programs, exceptional accounting and financial reporting skills, plus being able to respond to public inquiries or complaints with tact and efficiency in a professional manner. The candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes, allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency, negotiate contracts for goods and services to optimize delivery and cost savings, monitor expenses, make payments, and obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers. They will prepare board meeting minutes, the agenda, reports, and related items for the BLRC meeting, as well as overseeing all contractors doing work for the BLRC.
