Days & Hours: 20 hours/week, on average
Salary Range: $1500-$2300 month
Job Description:
The Maintenance Contractor must have multiple abilities regarding building maintenance including equestrian arena maintenance, tractor and equipment operation, general ground maintenance, lawncare, public facility well and water system maintenance, outside ice arena maintenance, snow and ice removal, servicing of motorized equipment, basic maintenance of Bouchie/Milburn Community Park and Claymine Park, and harrowing of equestrian grounds for events/rentals.
The contractor must be physically able to perform these tasks independently and safely, have good public relation skills, be flexible and adaptable to seasonal workload changes and whenever a crisis may arise.
