Construction Laborer / HMR Technician

We remediate properties that have suffered damage often caused by water, fire, flood as well as hazardous material abatements (asbestos/lead). We offer competitive hourly wages, continued training and potential advancements. Construction background/experience required. Prior knowledge/training of hazardous material removal would be an asset.

If you are a hard worker have an attention for detail and are a great team member, than this may be the job for you. Pay will depend on experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well with others
• Construction background required
• Familiar with power tools
• Capable of carrying at least 50 pounds
• Valid clean drivers licence
• Clear criminal record
• Paid on call rotations/ weekends
• Client focused personality

Job includes but is not limited to removal and haul off of drywall, carpet, flooring, insulation and other house hold items. Clean up after removal process. Pack/move and clean contents.

Salary: $28-$32 per hour depending on experience
