40 Hours/Week | Year-Round
$17.85/hr + Equal Tip Share (not tip out; based on hours worked)
Target Start: April 2026

Cask & Cleaver Brewing is hiring a full-time experienced cook to join our kitchen team.

This role is suited for a seasoned all-rounder who can confidently run a station during high-volume service and work effectively within a small team of 2–3 cooks per shift.

This is a long-term, year-round position offering stability and opportunity to grow within a structured and evolving kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Independently run a designated station during service
Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout shift
Support prep production and assist other stations as needed
Contribute ideas for features and menu development
Maintain food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Perform opening and closing duties as required
Service periods include busy Friday and Saturday evenings and high-volume summer shifts.

Required Qualities

Fast and precise execution under pressure
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently when needed
Strong organizational skills
Consistent sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
Professional communication within a small team environment

Experience

Brewery or restaurant experience preferred
Experience running a station independently
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to manage physical demands of a working kitchen
Food Safe certification is required (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
