Taproom Experience Operator
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Year-Round
$17.85/hr + Equal Tip Share (based on hours worked)
Target Start: April 2026
Born of fire and frost in the South Cariboo, Cask & Cleaver Brewing has grown from two house beers and a nine-item menu into an award-winning craft brewery and scratch kitchen built on pride, pace, and community.
We don’t run table service.
We run a taproom.
We’re hiring a Taproom Experience Operator — someone outgoing, talkative, fast-moving, and hospitality-first. This is not a traditional serving job. There are no table sections. No cocktail program. No fine dining formality.
This role owns the flow of the room.
What This Role Really Is
You are the first and last impression.
You manage guest flow and wait times.
You pour beer and serve simple beverages.
You clear and reset tables quickly.
You run food.
You manage takeout.
You keep the bar organized.
You polish glassware.
You reset the patio.
You help move furniture as needed.
You may assist with minimal keg movement.
You move constantly between bar and floor — especially during busy Fridays, Saturdays, and strong summer rushes.
This is an active, hands-on role that requires energy, awareness, and pride in keeping the taproom running smoothly.

Confident managing lines and high-volume periods
Fast-moving and efficient

Equal tip split based on hours worked
Opportunity to grow with a growing brewery
Work directly alongside ownership during peak times
A team environment built on pride and mutual respect
