Bakery Front of House Manager

The Goldfield Bakery in Barkerville, BC is currently searching for a Bakery Front of House Manager to join our fast paced photo studio.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead our customer service team and help create an exceptional guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with people, we would love to hear from you!

In this role you will:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, schedule, and support front counter staff
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized bakery environment
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily balancing procedures
• Monitor inventory levels for front-end supplies and assist with ordering
• Work closely with kitchen/bakery staff to ensure strong communication and teamwork
• Help drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and promoting specials
• Ensure health, safety, and company standards are consistently met

Seasonal position from May 1st to September 18, 2026.

Wage: $25 per hour
