IT Support Technician / Systems Technician

Sandtronic Business Systems Ltd. is a small, locally owned technology services company seeking a motivated and dependable IT Support Technician to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working directly with business clients. We provide training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and grow with our company.

Position Details

• Wage: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Benefits: Extended health and dental benefits available
• Training: Comprehensive training provided
• Location: Local travel to client sites may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business clients
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks
• Assist with server maintenance and administration
• Support VoIP phone systems and related technologies
• Help implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Participate in project installations and system upgrades

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Assets (Preferred Experience)

Experience or familiarity with:

• Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Windows Server operating systems
• Network infrastructure and networking technologies
• VoIP phone systems
• Cybersecurity solutions and best practices
