WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Russell’s Custom Meat Cutting is looking for a dependable person to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in doing a good job. Experience in a butcher shop or meat processing is an asset, but we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

SOME OF THE WORKS INCLUDES:

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
• Cutting and wrapping meat and making sausage
• Packaging and labeling products
• Cleaning and maintaining a clean, sanitary shop
• Helping with general shop duties
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock ingredients and keep work areas organized
• Follow daily procedures, company policies, and appearance standards
