Laundry Attendant

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items are cleaned, dried, folded, and properly stored according to the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.

The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized laundry area, and ensure an adequate supply of clean linens is available for daily hotel operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens, towels, face cloths, bath mats, and other laundry items.
Operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow proper washing procedures, including the correct use of detergents, chemicals, and cleaning products.
Inspect linens and towels for stains, damage, and excessive wear.
Treat stains and rewash items as required.
Fold and organize clean laundry neatly and efficiently.
Stock linen shelves and housekeeping carts as required.
Keep the laundry room, equipment, floors, and work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
Follow all hotel health, safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when working with guests and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
