Are you an experienced automotive mechanic with leadership skills? We are looking for a dynamic Shop Foreman to join our busy, customer-focused automobile service garage!

Your Role:

As our Shop Foreman, you will oversee a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient, high-quality service. You will manage workflow, maintain shop safety standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also be instrumental in diagnostics, mentoring the team members, troubleshooting complex issues, keeping operations running smoothly and directly supporting the Manager. You will not be expected to work directly on vehicles or benchwork, except in support of team members.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 10+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
A senior mechanic looking for a change, part-time employment possible depending on the candidate
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a shop setting
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and diagnostics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
CVSE Certified
