Marketing & Event Coordinator

We require a new position of an individual interested in taking our resort to the level with marketing and special events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and executing various events and marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Be able to design and manage campaigns and generate ideas for best marketing methods & implement new marketing strategies

*Must have a strong background & utilize digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media and SEO to promote events

*Be able to improve our social media, advertising and website visibility

*Be able to coordinate & build strong relationships with vendors, sponsors & partners

*Have a proficiency in budgeting & research for event planning to ensure cost effectiveness

*Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional material

*Strong Technical skills – experience in email and online campaigns, must have strong computer skills & software knowledge

*Must have strong problem solving and communication skills – think about the problem before it occurs

*Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

*Have the ability to work weekends and evenings to oversee created events

Would like a minimum of 2 years experience with marketing and event planning

Wage: $25.00 to start depending on skill level
