Family Alcohol & Drug Program Weekend Supervisor

Work hours are 8:00am-11:00pm Saturday and Sunday and Friday 7.5 hours 8:00am -4:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate and committed to holistic healing in First Nations cultural setting with a Bachelors is the Human Service field, experience supervising and knowledge in supporting persons with addictions.

Applicants must have:

• Supervisor qualifications and experience
• Trauma informed care training
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to participate in case management
• Group workshop facilitation skills
• Crisis prevention intervention training
• Cultural safety training
• Willing to participate in hands on cultural activities
• Mental health awareness
• Basic First Aid (previously Level 1)
• Reliable vehicle with class 5 Drivers Licence and willing to obtain class 4 within 3 months

Required as soon as possible. Must provide cover letter, resume and 3 references and a drivers abstract. Will need to submit to a Criminal Record check for the Vulnerable Sector.

Salary: $28-$30 / hour
