New Wave Docks builds high-quality marine structures and custom aluminum fabrication. Our work includes floating docks, arched and custom ramps, custom ladders, barges, pontoon boats, and complete marina builds. We take pride in craftsmanship, durability, and delivering products our clients rely on for years.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Red Seal Welder/Fabricator to join our team. You’ll be working on a variety of custom marine projects from start to finish — reading drawings, fabricating, welding, and helping bring designs to life.

What You’ll Be Building

• Custom ramps and arched ramps
• Floating docks
• Custom ladders
• Barges
• Pontoon boats
• Marina components and full marina installations

Requirements

• Red Seal Welder/Fabricator certification
• Proven experience with custom fabrication and marine or structural projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Clean criminal record
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Assets

• AutoCAD experience
• CNC router table experience
• Laser table experience
