New Wave Docks is expanding into a large new facility and looking to fill multiple positions — come be a part of our team!

New Wave Docks builds high-quality marine structures and custom aluminum fabrication. Our work includes floating docks, arched and custom ramps, custom ladders, barges, pontoon boats, and complete marina builds. We take pride in craftsmanship, durability, and delivering products our clients rely on for years.

The Role

We’re looking for Production/Operations Workers to join our team. You’ll be working on a variety of projects including constructing wood docks, roto-molding floats, running forklifts, and delivery and installs across B.C. with our 5-ton crane trucks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Constructing wood docks
• Roto-molding floats
• Running forklifts in the yard and shop
• Loading, delivery, and installations across B.C.
• Operating 5-ton crane trucks (or training to)
• General production and shop duties

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit — able to lift, work outdoors, and stay on your feet
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal record
• Willing to travel for delivery and install jobs across B.C.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Assets

• Forklift ticket / operating experience
• Class 3 driver’s license (or willingness to obtain)
• Crane truck experience
• Carpentry or woodworking experience
• Previous dock, marine, or construction experience
