Position Overview
We are looking for skilled and motivated Carpenters to join our Williams Lake division. This is a great opportunity for experienced carpenters looking for steady, year-round work on a variety of residential, renovation, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform framing, formwork, finishing, and general carpentry
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Complete layouts, measurements, and site setup
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow direction from the Site Supervisor or Project Manager
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices when required

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Carpenter or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
