Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Labourer to join our Williams Lake division. This position will involve working alongside our carpenters and site supervisors on a variety of residential, renovation, and commercial projects.

Construction experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and other trades with daily construction tasks
• Load, unload, and move building materials and equipment
• Assist with site setup, demolition, framing, and general construction
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Project Manager
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Perform other general labour duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Physically capable of performing construction-related tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Safety-conscious and able to follow directions
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
