Our growing team operates across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, supporting fibre infrastructure projects in communities ranging from major urban centres to smaller regional markets. As we continue expanding our operations, we are looking for reliable and confident individuals to join our team in the Seventy Mile House, Cache Creek and Ashcroft areas.

Position Overview

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you will visit homes in designated neighborhood’s and speak directly with property owners about an upcoming fibre-optic infrastructure upgrade.

Your role is to explain the project clearly and obtain the homeowner’s permission to connect their property to the new fibre network.

This is not a sales position.

There is:

No product to sell
No cost to the homeowner
No service commitment
No pressure or convincing involved
Your responsibility is simply to educate residents, answer basic questions, and accurately record their consent using an iPad provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned residential neighbourhoods.
Speak professionally with homeowners about the free fibre connection.
Clearly explain that there is no cost or obligation to subscribe to a service.
Obtain and accurately record customer permissions using a company-provided iPad.
Maintain clear records of completed visits and customer interactions.
Submit daily activity and performance updates to the team lead.
Represent Alpha-One and our corporate clients professionally in the community.
Requirements

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Professional, polite, dependable, and respectful.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Must have a valid driver’s licence.
Must have reliable access to a vehicle.
Must have access to a smartphone.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, canvassing, promotions, or fieldwork is an asset, but it is not required.
