CLOTHING DEPARTMENT – MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Department Manager to lead our clothing and promotional products division, producing custom apparel through embroidery, heat pressing, silk-screening, and promotional products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team-focused leader, and enjoys working with customers while supporting hands-on production.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Work with customers to understand needs and take detailed orders
  • Coordinate designs and proof approvals
  • Maintain clear communication throughout projects

Team Leadership & Production Coordination

  • Lead and support production staff
  • Schedule workflows for embroidery, heat pressing, silk-screening, and promotional products
  • Assist with production as needed and foster a positive team environment

Production & Technical Oversight

  • Maintain quality control for all decorated products
  • Operate or learn embroidery and heat press equipment
  • Troubleshoot production issues and guide solutions

Inventory & Administration

  • Manage inventory of apparel and supplies
  • Track materials and reorder as needed
  • Assist with job tracking and invoicing

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CorelDRAW, Wilcom, QuickBooks Online, or similar software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting $25/hour, negotiable DOE
