Location: 100 Mile House

Salary: $25.00 to $36.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 40 to 45 hours per week

Education
• No degree, certificate or diploma
• Prefer minimum 2nd year/ 3rd year apprentice/ Journeyman
• Wage will be negotiated as per ability/ experience etc.

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings and hardware • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures • Roofing/ siding/decks/insulation/vapor barrier/all aspects of renovations and building new homes/ shops / additions. Equipment and machinery experience
• Hand tools / Circular saw (prefer battery operated tools, but no necessary
• Chalk line/Hammer/ tape measure/small tools ie: tin snips
• Battery operated tool set; saws all/ circular saw/grinder/drill Transportation/travel information
• Must Own vehicle
• Must have a Valid driver’s licence
