Wage: $22-32 per hour, depending on experience

ABOUT US
Concord Restorations Ltd. is a long-standing, trusted restoration and renovation company. We have served the
Quesnel community for decades, repairing our town’s homes and businesses.
THE ROLE
Concord Restorations is looking for a well-rounded construction worker with carpentry skills to join our construction
crew, rebuilding homes and businesses after water, fire and other damage. This is a hands-on role on commercial
and residential jobs in Quesnel and the surrounding area.
Employee safety and customer satisfaction are key priorities. You’ll often work in occupied homes and businesses,
so you’ll be expected to work safely, keep sites tidy and treat customers with respect.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Install insulation and vapour barrier
• Light framing
• Install and pack drywall
• Paint
• Finish carpentry work
• Carry out general renovation work on commercial and residential jobs
• Work independently, respectfully and tidily in occupied homes and businesses
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 2 years of residential or commercial renovation or construction experience
• Confidence with hand and power tools
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail
• Reliability and professionalism with customers
• A commitment to working safely
ASSETS
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Fall Protection (WorkSafeBC Part 11)
• MEWP Operator (scissor/boom lift)
• Occupational First Aid Basic (formerly Level 1) or higher
• WHMIS
• Asbestos Level 1 – Foundational Awareness

REQUIREMENTS
• Construction experience: 2 years (required)
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract (required)
• Criminal record check (required)
• Able to lift 50 lb and work on ladders and at heights (required)
• English (required)
• Must reliably commute to Quesnel, BC V2J 2Y5 or plan to relocate
