Licensed Residential Builder – Seeking Several experienced Residential Construction Workers, Carpenters, Helpers and  Laborer’s. 

Carpenters & tradespeople experienced in forming, framing, finishing and all aspects of residential construction. Must have the ability to work as a team as well as unsupervised.

Also seeking persons with strong leadership and mentoring skills as well as abilities to manage projects and other team members. ability to read and interpret architectural and engineered drawings.

Ability to operate all types of construction related equipment and mobile equipment is an asset.

Also seeking laborer’s.

Seeking personnel that are looking for long term, year around employment.

Those willing to learn from very experienced tradespeople will have the opportunity to gain experience and move up in a progressive Team Environment company.

Multiple projects in the area.

Hiring Bonus’s  offered after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year of employment

Must have own transportation and basic hand tools as well as personal safety gear.

Wage :$28.00/ depending on experience for laborer’s. Carpenters depending on qualifications and experience.
