Cook, Supervisor

This position is from May to September.  Thursday to Sunday, 11.30am – 8.30pm most days, with slightly different hours at events etc.

Candidate must have a current Food Safe certificate, some experience as a line cook, personable, with good communication, be able to remain calm and efficient in a rush, be clean and organized and a good sense of humour is always an asset!

The job includes working the grill and dressing buns, basic daily prep, prep lists, restocking lists and daily-weekly-monthly cleaning duties.

Tips are split equally between the team on shift.

Wage:$20.25 per hour – could be negotiable for the right person.
