Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various fencing ,landscaping ,construction, renovations, and manual tasks across different projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry while supporting the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
Perform general site cleanup and ensure work areas are safe and organized
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
Operate basic tools and equipment following safety protocols
Follow instructions from supervisor to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Skills:

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to safety procedures
Basic knowledge of tools and construction sites is a plus but not required
Reliable, punctual, and committed to good attendance
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory
