Location: 100 Mile House/Williams Lake, BC (some travel within BC required)

Pay: $25–$30/hour (wage increases with experience & certifications)

Looking to start a hands-on career? We’re hiring an entry-level Labourer to join our water well drilling crew. No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training—what we’re really looking for is someone reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with heavy equipment and build a career in a specialized trade.

What You’ll Do:

– Assist the crew with daily drilling operations
– Help move and handle materials, tools, and equipment
– Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized
– Support rig setup and moving between job sites
– Learn to mix drilling fluids and assist with pipe handling
– Help with basic equipment care and maintenance
– Follow all safety procedures and instructions

What We’re Looking For:

– Willingness to learn and take direction
– Strong work ethic and reliability
– Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
– Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
– Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
– Able to work well with a team

Bonus (Not Required):

– Experience in labour, construction, or working with tools
– Mechanical or hands-on skills
– Class 1 or 3 licence (with air brakes)
