We are currently seeking an Assistant for our real estate team, providing support to myself and two other real estate agents. This is a key support role within our business, focused on maintaining organization, communication, and consistency across day to day operations in a client driven environment.
Position Summary
This role is best suited to someone who is organized, personable, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and communication related responsibilities. The successful candidate will support multiple agents, requiring strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic workload.
The position will involve administrative coordination, client communication, digital system management, and support across several areas of the business.
Hours and Compensation
- Starting wage: $22.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience and fit
• Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week, with 30 hours per week being ideal
• Three month trial period to ensure mutual fit
• Hybrid work opportunity with a combination of office and remote work, depending on responsibilities and performance

CRM Management (Added Responsibility)
An important part of this role will be supporting and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), which is used in real estate to manage client relationships, track interactions, and support follow up.
This will include:
- Inputting and maintaining accurate client data
• Tracking communications and follow ups
• Assisting with database organization and cleanliness
• Supporting ongoing client engagement systems
• Learning and adapting to CRM workflows used by the team
Experience with a CRM is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate who is detail oriented and comfortable working with digital systems.
Nature of the Role
Responsibilities may include:
- General administrative support
• Managing communication across text, email, and phone
• Coordinating schedules and follow ups
• Supporting three agents with daily workflow
• Assisting with social media and online presence
• Managing and maintaining the CRM database
• Document preparation and file organization
• Supporting client service and ensuring timely responses
• Learning internal systems and adapting to team needs
Bonus Qualifications
- Graphic design experience
• Marketing or content creation experience
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Background in real estate, administration, or client service
• Familiarity with digital organization tools
