Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Flooring Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll work directly with customers to guide them through the flooring selection process and ensure a positive, professional experience from start to finish.

What We Offer

• $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Store hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling within store hours

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide in-store service
• Assist customers with flooring selection (carpet, hardwood, tile, etc.)
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and process sales
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads
• Maintain showroom organization and product displays
• Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and installers

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (flooring or home improvement is an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
