SIGN DEPARTMENT – PRODUCTION WORKER

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our sign production team. This hands-on role involves producing and installing signs, decals, and vehicle wraps, preparing materials, and assisting with fabrication and equipment operation. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Sign Production & Installation

• Produce signs, decals, and graphics using a variety of materials and equipment
• Weed, mask, laminate, and apply vinyl to sign substrates
• Assist with installation of signs, decals, and vehicle graphics

Production Support

• Prepare materials and components for production
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and finishing of signs
• Maintain quality control to ensure finished products meet standards

Shop & Project Support

• Receive, organize, and package materials and freight
• Assist with building sign frames, structures, and awnings
• Help with site surveys and installation preparation

Preferred Skills

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with sign production equipment and materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques

Salary: $20/hour, negotiable DOE
