Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working in dealership environments or automotive repair shops, possess mechanical knowledge, and be comfortable using various hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in automotive mechanics or related fields to apply their skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace automotive glass accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper fit and seal.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage or issues related to glass components.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform installations and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and cleanup before and after service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous shop experience or background in automotive glass repair is highly preferred.
• Automotive Glass Technician Ticket required
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components and able to perform ADAS calibration.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment.
• Strong understanding of automotive glass installation techniques.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Mechanic experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle repair processes.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
