Shipper – Receiver

The Parts Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for ensuring accurate receipt of incoming parts, as well as other general duties. Willing to train.

General Duties:

• – Accurately receiving incoming parts orders, checking for damages, checking off received parts from order forms, putting parts into stock
• – Call customers when parts order is complete, delivers parts to technicians in shop
• – Shipping out parts orders, filling out waybills
• – Answering phones in a polite manner, transferring phone-calls to the correct department/employee
• – Keeps parts department clean and organized
• – Complete Surplus Stock returns, complete Core Returns
• – Potential to be trained on POS system, as well as some general parts person duties if hired candidate shows an interest and aptitude.

Requirements:

• – Attention to detail & a willingness to learn
• – Strong customer service skills
• – Ability to lift up to 50lbs, kneel, squat, bend, etc.
• – Ability to use non-powered equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks
• – Work well in a fast-paced environment
