YOUR JOB

  • Making people’s day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders, and satisfying guests.
  • Preparing food and keeping our world-famous burgers and fries, world famous.
  • Processing payments.  Working cash, working your smile.
  • Package take-out food. But no sneaking fries…we know they’re everybody’s favourite!
  • Fridge management. Okay, it’s stocking the fridge, but it’s really important when you serve the world’s most popular burger.

Job Duties:

Manage team members and assign duties for stocking, cleaning, labeling, items displaying, decorating store etc.
Attend customers in person/over the phone and resolve complaints on time (e.g. employee behavior, product lack, returns, exchange etc.)
Prepare reports regarding daily sales volumes, tracking the sales yearly, merchandising and personnel matters.
Prepare inventory orders by determining the stocks and order merchandise.
Assist in authorizing payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
Operate cash register and processes cash, debit card and credit card.
Supervise and coordinate the staff and cashier’s sale transactions.
Assist in new staff hiring and training of sales skills.
Perform other key holding duties as required.
Job Requirements:

·         Completion of Secondary School.

·         Demonstrated retail sales experience.

·         Supervisory experience would be an asset.

·         Effective written and oral communication skills.

·         Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve common goals.

·         Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
