Qualifications: If you have…
ü Experience working with adults that have a developmental disability or behavioural challenges and/or mental health and addictions issues in a home and community based environment.
ü A flexible schedule, good communication skills & interpersonal skills,
trustworthiness, ability to motivate others to reach their potential,
organizational skills, and you are a consistent team player.
ü Education, experience, and a background to reflect an ability to understand behaviour and teach pro-social behaviour.
ü A strong philosophy of supporting people that will promote the concepts of community inclusion and empowerment.
ü A valid driver’s license and a safe operating vehicle (preferred)
