Position Title: Pro Patrol
Main Functions: Ski Patrol is responsible for providing and promoting a safe environment for our guests and employees while executing exceptional guest service; as ambassadors to promoting safe skiing and riding practices, enforcers of the skier’s and rider’s responsibility code and educating our employees and guests of health and safety. As first responders to medical emergencies on the mountain, ski patrol also takes on the role of transporting injured guests off the mountain and provides general care until further support arrives.
The Ski Patrol position is a highly physical role; patrollers are required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Duties:
• Provide the highest possible standard of rescue service and pre-hospital care for our guests and employees
• Communicate effectively with other groups such as BC Ambulance services, RCMP, EMRT, Fire department, Search and Rescue services, First Responders, CSPS and EMRT
• Ensure proper signage is properly placed and maintained according to industry and company standards
• Opening and closing slope procedures for public as well as slope hazard maintenance.
• Accurately execute accident investigations as required
•Maintaining patrol/first aid supplies
•Conduct daily morning and end of day meetings with Volunteer Ski Patrol, being the Mt Timothy liaison and fostering great communication between us
Experience:
• Occupational First Aid Level III or OEC (80 hour course)
• CAA Level 1 for Ski Operations, AST 1, AST 2 an asset
• Current CPRC Certificate
• Knowledge of Mt Timothy’s controlled recreation area
• High level of physical fitness free of injury with the ability to carry a pack of 25 lbs with first aid gear, self-evacuation gear, on a daily basis
• Strong Alpine skier or snowboarder and able to ski/ride in all snow conditions and terrain

As a Parts Counter Sales person you will:
* Serve customers and sell parts at the counter and handle phone calls
* Ensure accurate preparation of quotes for customer service, sales,
service representatives and retail customers
* Record sales and/or counter transactions
* Place parts orders via telephone/fax or computer as required
* Some back counter work as needed
* Any required retail space maintenance such as stocking
We are looking for someone who:
* Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Parts Department operations preferably in a heavy truck dealership
* Has excellent communication skills and is highly organized
* Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to sell in a fast paced environment under minimal supervision
* Is proficient with computers and has the ability to analyze and interpret basic parts department reports, perform internet searches and look up parts catalogue
* Can work shifts with some Saturdays/Sundays
