  • Yearly annual cleans (carpets, hard floors, window cleaning) involves using heavy duty equipment.
  • Covering for when regular cleaners are sick or away.
  • Dealing with work orders that come up in the area
  • Doing odd jobs that the supervisor asks of you
  • The ability to complete work with tight dead lines
  • Ability of being able to communicate daily with the supervisor
  • Being able to answer your phone for emergences work order
  • Traveling up to 5 hours for work
  • Need drivers abstract in order to drive company vehicle
  • Need to be able to go through rcmp clearances that can take up to 1 year to complete as well as Telus clearance and federal clearance
