Key Responsibilities

  • Protect the assets of the corporation by monitoring all operations and gaming activities throughout the facility.

Job Requirements: ECEA or RA certificate and a valid ECEA License to practice in BC. You must have current BC Driver’s License and a current and clean Criminal Record check as well as a valid First-Aid and CPR certificate. You must have 3 work-related references, be reliable, consistent, compassionate, effective communicator and able to work under pressure and flexible with scheduling. Must be able to attend monthly staff meetings, flexible and able to come in on short notice for staff coverages if another staff falls sick.

Salary & Benefits: You will be required to work 15-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:30am-6pm. This is a part-time leading to full-time position, depending on experience. Wage depends on experience but will be $18-$20/hr.

Camp Sagitawa Cabin Leaders (2026 Summer Team)

Cabin Leaders will be responsible for 6-8 campers each week of summer camps. You will be looking after a group of children, sleeping in the same cabin with them, sitting at meals with them and overseeing their care throughout the day. Ensure your campers are receiving adequate rest, food and individual care, and that they remain healthy and safe while building relationships with those under your care.

Provide opportunities for campers to develop in their relationship with God, pray for and with them.

Qualifications and Experience
Must be a born again Christian in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, modeling Jesus’ example in all aspects of work and life, both on the job site and in your personal life.
Possess a solid understanding of the Gospel and basic Christian theology.
Experience working with children.
