Responsibilities

·        Operation of 2 rivet machines to secure the stroller frames and various components

·        Machine tooling set up and adjustment

·        Manual completion of the stroller assembly with remaining parts

·        Cleaning and organization of assembly area

Qualifications

·        Mechanically inclined

·        Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment an asset

Finance Administrative Clerk

The Finance Administrative Clerk assists with accounts payable and receivable, municipal property tax, administrative, records management and customer service duties as assigned. Part-time Administrative Officer

The Spences Bridge Improvement District is seeking a Part-time Administrative Officer and Finance Officer.  Candidate will be appointed Corporate Officer and Finance Officer. and will be responsible for overall administration and financial management of the Spences Bridge Improvement District. Responsible for all corporate administrative tasks related to the Board of Trustee meetings, agenda preparation, minute taking, bylaws, correspondence and records management.   As Financial Officer, will be responsible for the financial records, revenues and expenditure distribution as well as a financial reporting to the Inspector of Municipalities.

The ideal Administrative Officer will have an understanding of governance administration and local government financial management.  Working with Simply Accounting, Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Reader is a must.  Demonstrated knowledge and progressive experience meetings preparation and records management would be an asset.

Salary is $500. per month and will require, on average, eight to ten hours of work per week to maintain workload in addition to evening Board of Trustee meetings.
